How do I create a User ID and Password and how many characters does it require?
Upon checkout you will be prompted to either login or create an account. If you do not have an account, complete the form on the right with your first name, last name, e-mail, User ID and Password (remember to type your password exactly as you type it above). You create your own User ID and Password. We recommend that you keep your User ID and Password between 4-7 letters, and make it something easy to remember (examples TW123, Sam54, Charlie). Customers will NOT receive an e-mail confirmation with their ID and Password so they may want to write it down.

I cannot remember my password, how can I get it?
Click the "Your Account" link on the top navigation of the site and then click on the "Forgot Password" link below "Sign In." On the Forgot Password page, enter your user ID and click the "Send Me My Password" button. A new, reset password will be emailed to the e-mail address you entered when creating your account. Your password is reset for security purposes. Once you receive your new, reset password, you can go to the site, click "Your Account," log in and choose ‘Edit’ above User Info. You can then enter a password of your choice.

How do I change my billing or e-mail address?
You may update your personal information through the "Your Account" link on the knightrifles.com web site. This will store your address and simplify future orders. Note: Registration is not required to browse knightrifles.com.

Is there a minimum on what I need to order?
No, there is no minimum order.

Are some items restricted from shipping by certain carriers or to certain locations?
Aerosol oil & solvent can't be shipped air freight. Any UPS shipments must have a street address, as the carrier can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

I have a coupon code but don't see where to enter it?
You are most likely at Step 2 of the checkout process and missed Step 1. You need to click on the View Cart button located at the top right hand side of the Knight Rifle Website. You will be redirected to the View Cart page. At the top of the View Cart page locate the area that states, "If You Have a Coupon Code Enter It Here". Enter coupon code to the right inside the blank area. After entering your coupon code push the Apply Coupon Code button. Your page should refresh automatically and include your coupon offer.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping Costs  - Note, as of September 1, 2008 all orders will ship UPS ground.

How long does it take to ship and deliver my order? 
We do our best to get your order to you in a timely fashion. Internet orders are processed daily and generally take 2-3 days to be processed and then shipped. The Knight Rifles warehouse is located in Decatur, AL (zip code 35601), so UPS will deliver your product based on their delivery schedule for your area. UPS Ground Transit Times

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Each order submitted via our web site will be sent an order acknowledgement. You may not have received an e-mail confirmation for the following reasons: - An e-mail address was not provided with the order, or KnightRifles.com does not have your e-mail address on file. You may go to the "Your Account" link online to update your personal information or to add an e-mail address to your account. - E-mail account is over quota. You may need to lower the number of e-mails on your e-mail server. Contact your internet or e-mail provider for more information. - Not accepting mail from krcs@knightrifles.com & customer_service@knightrifles.com, verify that your firewall or spam filter will allow correspondence from krcs@knightrifles.com & customer_service@knightrifles.com. Contact your internet or e-mail provider for more information. - E-mail address provided may have been misspelled. You may go to "Your Account" link online to update your personal information or to update the email address on file. - Email account or junk mail filter may have captured and/or deleted the email address. Add krcs@knightrifles.com & customer_service@knightrifles.com as an address to always accept. Contact your internet or e-mail provider for more information.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you'd like to check on your order, click on the "Your Account" link to sign into your account. You will be able to view your order history and see if your order has shipped. Of course, you can always call us at (641) 856-2626 from 8 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time to check on the status of your order.
Do you backorder out of stock merchandise?
We apologize for any inconvenience. We are currently unable to backorder merchandise.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.

How do I know if my order was processed?
Click "Your Account." Click "Further Details" for the specific Order Number in the "Order History" section of the account (at the bottom of the page). An email will be sent when the order changes from "In Progress" to "Shipped" notifying the customer their order has shipped.

Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?
We want you to have your order just as soon as possible so we begin processing it almost immediately. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking on the final submit order button. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

How can I tell if an item is out of stock?
The product offered online that is low in stock to the point it may generate a backorder will say "See your local dealer" instead of "Add to Order". You will not be able to add any item showing this statement to your shopping cart. If we run out of an item before we are able to change the notification to "See your local dealer", we are unable to ship the order until that product is in stock. We do not issue back orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why can't I order an item that says "See your local dealer"?
Items that say "See your local dealer," currently do not have enough inventory to fulfill orders. Customers can check back 24-48 hours to see if inventory has become available. If still out of stock, customers can click the "Dealer Locator" button to find your nearest outdoor store to purchase the product. We suggest calling the store to verify they have it in stock first.

Why am I charged state tax?
EBSCO, our parent company, has a NEXUS in all 50 states. We are legally obligated to collect and report sales tax for sales.

Why are Knight Rifle prices higher than my local dealer?
Knightrifles.com is an on-line store where you may find those hard-to-find and special muzzleloading supplies that may not be available in your local area. Knight, as the manufacturer, realizes that a dealer may be unable to carry every item in our current catalog. Knightrifles.com has every current item in our published catalog, under the agreement that we will not compete with dealers on price.

What type of payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by money order or check, please call Knight (641) 856-2626 to get the total of your order ( items, tax and s/h ). Then you can mail or fax your order directly to Knight.

Can I order by mail with a check or money order?

Can I use my bank card like a credit card?
A debit card can be used as a credit card if the debit card displays a MasterCard or Visa symbol.

What is a CVV code and where can I find it?
CVV is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Value." It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most VISA, MC and Discover credit cards. The CVV number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of those cards. It is not part of your regular credit card number. On American Express cards, it is a four-digit number on the front of the card. It is printed (flat), not embossed like the card number.

What is a Credit Card Nickname?
A credit card nickname is a name you can assign to your credit card to help distinguish or differentiate it from your other credit cards; e.g. "My Visa."

Can I place an order via e-mail?
We are sorry; we cannot accept orders sent via e-mail. Our website's online ordering system is designed to protect the security of your personal information. However, ordinary e-mail is not secure in the same way. For your protection, do not include your credit card number in an any e-mail.

Can I add to or alter my order once it has been placed?
No, once your order is submitted to Knight Rifle you cannot change it online. To change or alter your order, please contact Knight Rifle Tech. Support. The net order would have to be cancelled and the order retaken over the phone.

My credit card is coming back with an error, what does this mean?
It can mean several things. First try to enter your card again and make sure that all information is correct. If after checking the information and re-entering you still get an error, it is best that you contact the issuing institution (bank) directly. The card must be a personal credit card also, a business card will be rejected.

Is there a method of placing an order other than the website?
Orders can be placed by calling Knight Rifle's Tech Support Dept. at (641) 856-2626. Also, any gun dealer can order through their Knight Distributors or directly from Knight.

I cannot see any images on Knight's website. What is wrong?
Knightrifles.com is designed for optimal use with Internet Explorer web browser. Try refreshing your browser window by pressing Ctrl – F5 to reload the page from the server. If your browser options have been set to disable images, you will need to change the setting back to view images on the site. Consult your browser Help file. If you are still having problems with images on Knightrifles.com only, please let us know.

Why doesn't my Local Dealer carry the product I'm searching for?
Knight Rifles has approximately 160 different products and it would be impossible for any one dealer to carry all products. Each dealer selects products that they believe are the best products for their area, if your dealer doesn’t have what you want ask them about special ordering that item for you. Also, please let Knight know of your dealers in your area you are trying to work with, we will be glad to have a Knight Representative try to visit them also.
